From a.a. 2019/2020 I will give the course of

Theory and Computational Techniques for Biological Physics 6 CFU Laurea Magistrale in Fisica

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Computer Simulations of biological systems

Classical and ab-initio molecular dynamics to investigate biomolecules interactions

EDUCATION

Master Degree in Physics

University of Rome La Sapienza

A number of interesting problems in biophysics is related to the study of proteins such as conformational changes, protein-protein interaction, interaction with specific biological molecules able to regulate or modify protein structure and functionality.

I use Molecular Dynamics to study such kind of problems and I collaborate with experimentalist both to validate my simulations and to help interpreting or also to inspire new experiments.

PhD in Physics

University of Rome Tor Vergata
